This website is operated by MetalMorph. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MetalMorph. MetalMorph offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
MetalMorph sells digital products only, including but not limited to DXF files, CAD files, technical blueprints, and downloadable fabrication resources.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing digital products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you may not access the website or purchase products.
SECTION 1 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY
All products sold by MetalMorph are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
Upon successful payment, customers receive access to download the purchased files.
Delivery is considered complete once the download link has been provided.
It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your software, equipment, and fabrication capabilities before purchasing.
SECTION 2 – LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
When you purchase a digital file from MetalMorph, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the files for:
• Personal use
• Commercial fabrication of physical products
This means you may use the files to build products for yourself or manufacture physical items for sale.
SECTION 3 – PROHIBITED USE
You may NOT:
• Resell, share, distribute, or transfer the digital files themselves
• Upload the files to marketplaces, websites, or file-sharing platforms
• Sell, sublicense, or give away the digital files in any form
• Modify and resell the digital files as your own
• Claim ownership of the digital design
The purchase grants a license to use the files, not ownership of the intellectual property.
Unauthorized distribution constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
SECTION 4 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, files, graphics, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of MetalMorph and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCT INFORMATION AND FABRICATION RESPONSIBILITY
MetalMorph provides digital design files intended for use with CNC plasma cutters, laser cutters, and fabrication tools.
We do not guarantee fabrication results, as outcomes depend on:
• Equipment
• Materials
• Fabrication skill level
• Manufacturing conditions
You assume full responsibility for fabrication and use.
SECTION 6 – ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Due to the digital nature of the products, orders cannot be canceled once the download has been delivered.

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetalMorph shall not be liable for:
• Fabrication errors
• Equipment damage
• Personal injury
• Loss of profits
• Manufacturing defects
• Improper use of files
All files are provided “as is” without warranty.
Use of the files is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – ACCOUNT AND USE
You agree to provide accurate billing information and maintain the security of your account.
You may not use the website for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the platform but is not responsible for our products or transactions.
SECTION 10 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial and intellectual property laws.
