Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds
All products sold by MetalMorph are digital files delivered electronically (including DXF files, PDF blueprints, manuals, and related downloadable content). No physical items are shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
Digital files cannot be returned, and once access has been granted, the product is considered delivered and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will receive immediate access to digital content and that you waive any right to return or request a refund once the download has been provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Exceptions (File Issues or Errors)
Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• The file is missing content that was clearly advertised
• You did not receive access to the download after purchase

Fabrication Responsibility Disclaimer
MetalMorph provides digital design files and technical drawings. The buyer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their equipment, software, materials, and fabrication capabilities before purchase.
We do not offer refunds due to:
• Lack of required tools or machinery
• Lack of fabrication experience
• Misinterpretation of product specifications
• Change of mind after purchase

European Union Customers – Digital Content Waiver
For customers located in the European Union:
Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent and acknowledgment.
By purchasing and downloading digital files from MetalMorph, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.
